Obituary of Lois J. Bauer

Verona-Lois J. Bauer, age 82, of Tilden Hill Road passed away Sunday evening September 24, 2017 in the Oneida Healthcare Center. She was born on January 11, 1935 a daughter of the late Roy E. and Mary (Butler) Long and was a graduate of Rome Free Academey. Lois retired in 2000 from the Oneida County Department of Health. Surviving are her loving husband of sixty-three years, Richard O. Bauer, two sons, Richard R. Bauer of Verona and Michael Bauer of Brewerton, one brother, Jerry Long of Rome, four grandchildren and two great –grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday September 28, 2017 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Malecki Funeral Home Inc., 464 Sherrill Rd., Sherrill, NY. Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:00 p.m. at the Malecki Funeral Home, Sherrill with burial to follow in Verona Cemetery, Verona, New York.
