We will miss our visits with Great Grandma so much. The kids loved running through the sprinkler in the backyard, picnics under the apple tree, and eating Friendly's ice cream cups with great grandma, and I will always have fond memories of staying up late watching Hallmark movies and laughing with her. We love you, Great Grandma Ruth and we miss you!

The name Ruth means beautiful friend. Ruth certainly lived up to her name. She was a beautiful friend to me and so many others. I will miss our times together. My life is much richer for knowing my beautiful friend Ruth. We were bless to go on a mission trip to India.

We had the blessing of talking with and listening to Ruth during her last days at Wynn and Oneida hospitals. Ruth’s love, faith and wisdom were inspiring as well as a comfort. This particular picture is of her ’pocket cross’ that her mother-in-law made for her. She kept it in her purse and was so filled with joy showing it to me and telling me how crafty her mother-in-law was. We will certainly miss our Ruth!

Ruth was my best friend since we met and then volunteered at Carenet in Oneida. I'm already missing the one person I could talk to about God and spiritual things. We'd talk for hours. This is one area I'm missing most. But, someday, we'll take up where we left off...
